And so We Begin …

The theme for the food pantry’s fundraising campaign is “Love for Others.”

Come see what we are talking about by taking a tour of Christ the King’s Food Pantry which will take place this weekend: Saturday, February 10 and Sunday, February 11. Tours will be after each mass and are 10 minutes long … a great chance to see the architectural renderings in the lobby of the church (what “will be”) and then move to the food pantry to actually see “what is.”

All tours begin after mass in the church lobby: Saturday, from 5 pm to 6 pm (after 4 pm mass); Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.; 10 a.m. to 11 a.m and 12 noon to 1 p.m.

Come see how over 100 volunteers serve the greater Concord community providing food and meals to those in need. Walk through the building where over 7,000 individuals - many the working poor - are served each year. Learn about the need for this new food pantry and why this work is a way of showing “Love for Others.
